Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar - Fort Lauderdale: A Culinary Experience to Remember

On our final night in Florida, we had the pleasure of dining at a wonderful restaurant where our waiter was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t recall his name, but his warm service truly made our evening special. We were visiting from New Orleans, and the food was absolutely delicious! Although we didn't realize that the restaurant was nearing closing time, the staff remained cheerful and accommodating, ensuring we had a fantastic dining experience. It was the perfect way to end our trip!

I can't say enough great things about our experience at Fleming's Steakhouse! As new parents, it was our first night out, and we were nervous about leaving our little one for the evening. But Kim, our waitress, truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel completely at ease. She was not only incredibly attentive but also genuinely empathetic, acknowledging our excitement and nerves as new parents. Her warmth and thoughtful service made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant, even though it was busy. The food was, of course, top-notch—every bite of steak was cooked to perfection—but it was Kim's exceptional care that truly elevated our experience. We celebrated 2 birthdays nice atmosphere. Our waiter was Adrian very professional, courteous and attentive . Food arrived on time we were able to eat and relax take pictures. We had a great time !We spent about $150 each , but there is something there for everyone and different prices for every budget .The food was great ,tasty and seasoned.

This steakhouse went above and beyond for our anniversary from the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left. From the handwritten anniversary card and the heart-shaped confetti. The violinist that serenaded is with our wedding song. The compliments from all the staff. The tomahawk for 2 was AMAZING. COOKED TO PERFECTION. They ended our night with a champagne toast and some chocolate truffles. I've never had service like this ever anywhere else and definitely recommend treating yourselves to a night to remember like this.

From start to finish, our experience at Fleming’s in Ft. Lauderdale was absolutely outstanding! The service was impeccable, thanks to our incredible server, Tori G. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made our dining experience truly special—we will definitely be requesting her next time we book a reservation. A huge thank you to Alfredo (Freddy), the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attentiveness and hospitality elevated our evening, making it one of the best steakhouse experiences we’ve had. Now, onto the food—flawless. We started with the Fleming’s Salad and Apple Salad, both fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. For the main course, we indulged in the Tomahawk steak, cooked medium, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The sides were just as exceptional: crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon and Fleming’s potatoes, both the perfect complements to the meal. Freddy also introduced us to a new favorite cocktail—the Tequila Old Fashioned, which was a game-changer! We paired our steak with a bold Malbec from their extensive wine list, which was the perfect match. Even though we were too full to enjoy dessert at the restaurant, we took home carrot cake and cheesecake—and they did not disappoint! Overall, this was a top-tier dining experience with incredible service, phenomenal food, and an ambiance that made for a truly memorable evening. Highly recommend, and we will be back soon!

Great night. Service and Vibe awesome. A bit chaotic since it was Valentines Day. We had lobster tails, chateaubriand, king crab, everything was epic and on fire! Great night, drinks and wine excellent. Super expensive but well worth the price. Fun and delicious. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, one valet was chaos and the hostess could not keep up with the flow of clients, but we were patient so all good. . Besides that place was great.

The service was absolutely amazing, and the food was even better! Every moment of this dining experience was 5-star! Our servers, Eddie and Melissa, were super attentive, kind, and ready to cater to every need. The chef, Jermaine, prepared every meal with love and explosive flavor. The word "delicious" doesn't even explain how great the food tasted. I'm definitely coming back!

We had a 90th birthday in the Las Olas room and it was the best service and food EVER! The wait staff was incredible and over the top wonderful. They anticipates every need and then some. They timed out the food perfectly and made wonderful suggestions. They even walked our guests to the restroom! The food was amazing. We had 3 shellfish platters and some other appetizers, each of our guests ordered amazing steaks and everyone for their food at exactly the same time. Fleming helped us serve the cake and sent in a musician with a violin to sing happy birthday. This place is amazing!!
